You've got 5 free tickets for The Lounge, which is open daily from 7-10pm. You can use all tickets on one game, or you can use them across a few games - even if the games have differing ticket prices - you decide!

Secondly, you've been credited with another 5 free tickets for the Heavyweight Bingo room. This special room is open every night at 9pm for one whopping £850 bingo game! Simply enter the room just before the game starts to ensure you have time to claim your 5 free tickets.

Terms and Conditions

Initial free tickets terms:

1. All free tickets must be claimed from the 'My Promotions' page.
2. 5 free tickets for The Lounge can be used on any games in The Lounge (open daily 7-10pm).
3. 5 free tickets for Heavyweight Bingo can only be used in the Heavyweight Bingo room (open for one game only every evening at 9pm).
4. Min value of 5 free tickets for The Lounge £0.05 (if buying 1p tickets), max value £1.25 (if buying 25p tickets).
5. Fixed value of £1.25 for 5 free tickets for the Heavyweight bingo room (tickets 25p each).

Free Ticket Friday Terms:

1. To qualify for Free Ticket Friday offer, players must stake £10 cash on bingo between 00:00 Fri 2nd and 23:59 Thurs 8th October.
2. Stakes made on bingo will only contribute to wagering once the game has played out.
3. If qualification criteria is met, 20 free tickets can be claimed from the 'My Promotions' page upon qualification.
4. Any stakes made outside of this period or on casino/live casino games will not be counted.
5. Tickets can be used on any games in The Lounge.
6. Tickets have minimum value of £0.20 (if used to buy 1p tickets) and maximum value of £5 (if used to buy 25p tickets).

General Free Ticket Terms:

1. All free tickets have a 3 day expiry from the date they are claimed.
2. Free tickets cannot be used for pre-buy. They can only be used for buy-in to the next game at the time of ticket redemption.
3. Free tickets cannot be used for BOGOF games.
4. Tickets can be used on one game or can be split across multiple games with differing ticket prices.
5. All prizes paid as cash.
6. If there is more than one winner, the prize will be split between winning tickets.
7. Players can only qualify for this once per week during the qualification period.
