Terms and Conditions
1. Main Terms
1.1. These terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) apply to and govern the relationship between you and LeoVegas Gaming PLC (“LeoVegas”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) when you enter the Pink Casino social media prize giveaway of 1 years membership to HeadSpace (the “Competition”).
1.2. The Competition is run by LeoVegas Gaming plc, licensed operator of the Pink Casino website located at www.pinkcasino.co.uk and/or mobile applications that we own or operate (“Pink Casino”). Please see the footer for further information.
1.3. In the T&Cs, “you” means you, as a participant in the Competition, and “your” shall be interpreted accordingly.
1.4. The T&Cs are subject to the Pink Casino General Terms and Conditions (“General Terms”), which can be found here. If there is any conflict between the T&Cs and General Terms, the General Terms will prevail and apply.
1.5. As noted above, we are LeoVegas Gaming PLC with registered company number C59314 and our registered office address is at Level 7, The Plaza Business Centre, Bisazza Street, Sliema, SLM 1640 Malta.
1.6. Once you follow on Instagram and/or Facebook, like the post and comment What you’re looking forward to in 2024, you will be deemed to have accepted the T&Cs, the General Terms and have entered the Competition (“Qualifying Entry”).
1.7. You may only make one Qualifying Entry per platform.
1.8. The Competition will run between 15th January 2024 (9am GMT) and 22nd January 2024 (11pm GMT) (the “Promotional Period”). Any entries made outside of the Promotional Period will not be valid or accepted.
1.9. Pink Casino reserves the right to immediately suspend, modify the rules or format of the Competition where a change or withdrawal is required due to any change in applicable laws and/or regulations, or, in LeoVegas’ reasonable opinion, for any other valid reason without notice (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems used to manage the Competition or if a mistake is identified).
2. Who can Enter?
2.1. The Competition is open to those who have a Pink Casino account (“Account”). You must be a UK resident and 18 years of age or over.
2.2. The Competition is not available to any LeoVegas employees, agents, partners or consultants, its Group or affiliated companies. “Group” refers to MGM Resorts International and any direct and indirect subsidiaries thereof from time to time.
2.3. In order for your eligibility to the Competition to remain valid, your Account must comply with the General Terms. If you or your Account is found to be in breach, or previously breached, the T&Cs and/or General Terms your eligibility in the Competition will automatically be voided. Your eligibility to the Competition will also be voided if your Account is found to be self-excluded or suspended.
2.4. The chosen winner of the Competition, whether communicated by a direct message or announcement on the Instagram and Facebook, is subject to our verification checks being satisfied and should not be treated as a final confirmation. Should you fail such verification checks, your prize will be voided.
3. How to Enter?
3.1. Entry to the Competition is free and is not subject to any deposit, wagering or withdrawal requirements on your Account.
3.2. You must have a Pink Casino Account in order to enter the Competition.
3.3. You may enter only once on Facebook and/or Instagram. You may not enter multiple times on one platform.
3.4. To make a Qualifying Entry you must follow us on Instagram and/or Facebook, like and comment what it is you’re looking forward to in 2024 , on the relevant post.
4. Winners & Prizes
4.1. The winner will win 1 year’s membership to HeadSpace (the “Prize”) for this Competition.
4.2. There are two “Prizes” available - one for Facebook and one for Instagram.
4.3. Once Pink Casino has confirmed that the “Prize” has been sent to the chosen winner, Pink Casino shall not be liable or responsible for any issues that may arise.
4.4. The Competition winners will be selected at random from all valid entries made on Instagram and Facebook, one winner from Facebook and one from Instagram.
4.5. The winners will be announced on the Competition post on the Instagram page and Facebook page.
4.6. The winners will be contacted via a Direct Message on Instagram and Facebook within 48 hours of the Competition closing. The winners must respond to the Direct Message within 48 hours to claim the “Prize” and we will then carry out verification checks of the Account. The “Prize” will be void if we do not receive a response within 48 hours or if you fail the verification check and a different winner will be drawn.
4.7. If 2 or less people enter the competition, the Competition will be void.The Prize will be sent to the winner within 72 hours via E-Mail.
4.8. There is no cash alternative to the Prize.
