About Dragon’s Luck Megaways
Chinese dragons guard the entrance to the hilltop temple of Dragon’s Luck, occasionally spewing scathing hot flames onto the reels when they awaken at random. This is an intricately designed game following on from a couple of well-received games in the series of the same name - and it all started with the classic Dragon’s Luck, before it was tweaked in the Dragon’s Luck Power Reels which massively increased the potential win to an impressive 3,888x! It’s been souped-up once more in the Megaways addition to the series - but this time it’s primarily the ways to win that have been upgraded to give players up to 117,649 win ways with every spin!
With a few extra bonus features to reward players, this isn’t just a bog-standard slot with a bunch of ways to win thrown in; it’s a genuinely well-made, potential-packed online casino game that is bound to be of interest to those of you that are already fans of Red Tiger slot games as it’s reminiscent of their style and personality. From huge 4x4 symbols to mysterious Dragon Coins and a massive 10,000x maximum win potential, this slot packs more than just gorgeous graphics.
The symbols are, more or less, as you may have come to expect from a Chinese-themed slot - but that’s not necessarily a bad thing; they fit in brilliantly with the intended genre and tie everything up nicely. The most valuable symbol on the reels is the elusive 138 Coin which will payout 38x your stake if you manage to score a combination of 6. Following behind this top-paying symbol are the Doll, Koi, and Water Lily - all of which make up your high-value set. The low-paying symbols are comprised of Chinese calligraphy-style 10 - A card values.
Dragon’s Luck Megaways Bonus Features
Dragon Coins will transform into a random symbol - be it high-paying or low-value - and the best part is that if you land multiple Dragon Coins they will all transform into identical symbols for bigger potential payout power!
As the name suggests, the Mega Coins feature entails you being awarded a huge symbol of up to 4x4 which will shatter into pieces when it hits the reels. The pieces will be applied to the reels in the form of multiple Dragon Coins which will transform into identical symbols.
The two serpents that have snaked around the pillars on either side of the reels will randomly awaken to blow fire at Dragon Coins, which will change into a different, better-paying symbol.
How to Play Dragon’s Luck Megaways
Use the Stake button to determine the amount of money you’re happy to put on each spin. You can change this up as often as you like in the same way as long as there are no spins in progress.
The Turbo button shortens the animation sequence of the reels spinning when you hit the Spin button. You only need to press this once (as opposed to pressing it before every spin), and you can turn it off by pressing it again. You can easily see if it’s on or off; if it’s on it will be highlighted in yellow.
The Autoplay button is a brilliant tool if you have an idea of how many spins you’d like to play through at the current bet level. You can add in extra parameters to force Autoplay to end prematurely if your preferred win/loss limits are exceeded.
While this isn’t necessarily a brand new theme, Dragon’s Luck Megaways manages to excel at standing out in a crowd - even amongst other titles in the same series. Like all other Megaways games, you have ample chances to win and the number of paylines changes with each spin for a unique gameplay experience every time - but this one is excellent particularly for its maximum win potential of 10,000x your stake!
